Teruel, roadbook and a weekend among motorcycle travellers: From 16 to 18 October 2026, Alcañiz becomes the meeting point for the EutichesBook. The seventh off-road edition is joined for the first time by its own on-road event. The base is the facilities of TechnoPark MotorLand Aragón – with routes that lead far beyond the well-known motorsport complex.

A roadbook experience without timing
EutichesBook is a tourist motorcycle event without competitive scoring. The focus is on finding the route, the landscape and riding together. A finisher’s diploma rewards correctly passing the checkpoints. Anyone who wants to try or deepen their roadbook navigation will therefore find a different format here from a rally with timed special stages.
For the amateur rally scene in particular, this is of interest: orientation, concentration and handling your own equipment come first. A long daily stage nevertheless remains a challenge even without a stopwatch.

Off-road: two days through Teruel
According to the organiser, the off-road routes remain entirely within the province of Teruel. TechnoPark describes changing surfaces, slower and faster sections and mid-level mountain terrain up to around 1,600 metres. The combination of landscape and navigation is meant to shape the character of the event.
Riding takes place on Saturday and Sunday; alternatively, there is a Saturday-only entry. The published total distance is not yet free of contradictions: Eutiches advertises more than 600 kilometres, while the YouEvent overview lists the two-day option as “OFF-ROAD 550K” and Saturday as “400K”. A definitive final distance cannot be derived from this; the final participant information is decisive.
Navigation: off-road with roadbook, on-road also with GPX
For off-road, the detail page provides for a paper roadbook or a digital roadbook with a tablet and Terra Pirata. A smartphone roadbook and GPX track are excluded there. For the digital option, the organiser specifies a screen size of at least eight inches and a Bluetooth controller. Paper users, too, are expected to use Terra Pirata in GPS rally mode to check waypoints.
On the road routes, roadbook and GPX are both available. These are not simply two presentations of the same route: according to the organiser, the GPX routes differ from the roadbook routes right from the start. Anyone who wants to ride with friends should therefore choose the same navigation option.
New in 2026: on-road with 300 or 500 kilometres
The first EutichesBook Onroad Alcañiz takes place on Saturday, 17 October. The choice is between “Rookie” with 300 and “PRO” with 500 kilometres. The road version heads towards the Sierra de Albarracín and the Montes Universales; besides Teruel, the official announcement also names the provinces of Cuenca, Valencia and Castellón.
This opens the weekend up to motorcyclists who want to discover the region on tarmac. The shorter route offers a smaller daily distance, while the 500-kilometre option suggests a correspondingly long day in the saddle.

Programme and published prices
Friday, 16 October, is set aside for scrutineering and the on-site event programme. Riding begins on Saturday; for the two-day off-road option, the second leg follows on Sunday. As the published times differ in part, participants should rely on their personal start and briefing information.
| Option | Riding days | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Off-road, Saturday only | 17 October | €125 |
| Off-road, two days | 17–18 October | €165 |
| Onroad Rookie, 300 km | 17 October | €75 |
| Onroad PRO, 500 km | 17 October | €95 |
Among the items listed are a welcome pack, an event shirt and catering. A paper roadbook is offered on the detail page for a surcharge of 10 euros.
What participants should note now
Registration status: On 4 October, the official detail page shows “Inscripciones cerradas” – registration closed. At the same time, another organiser page still links to the booking portal. This does not amount to a reliable assurance of free places. Anyone who still wants to take part should check availability directly with Eutiches: info@eutiches.com.
Preparation also includes technical scrutineering, valid vehicle documents and insurance, as well as the announced noise check. The organiser stresses compliance with traffic rules and the protection of nature, farmland and private property. The tourist format means that an organised route is not a licence to race.
Why the EutichesBook deserves a look
Our assessment: Alcañiz combines a shared event centre with two clearly different riding experiences. For roadbook fans, the appeal lies in the off-road days; the new road version makes the weekend accessible to other motorcycle travellers too. Anyone who wants to develop their navigation should practise using their equipment beforehand – that leaves more attention on the route, orientation and landscape while out riding.
